ACCOUNT FEATURES
Account cards - If you have not received a card with all of your account information and settings and you would like one, please email us using the link at the bottom of this page. The card is a perfect size to tape under your keyboard or at the side of your monitor. Please let us know what site (or sites) you want cards for. We'll put them in the mail to you right away.
Outlook, Outlook Express, and most other email clients - If you need support for setting up or utilizing mail programs, please call our office.
Site usage - How many people are accessing your site? Where are they coming from? Which pages are they looking at? The information is at your fingertips! Click here to learn more.
Webmail - You always have access to your email, no matter where your travels take you. Please email us using the link at the bottom of this page to learn more about accessing and using webmail for sites hosted by KernBuilt.
Invoicing - At KernBuilt.com we do most of our invoicing via email. If you would like to make other arrangements, please let us know.
Spam filtering - Tired of deleting more email than you read? Let us know and we can set up a state-of-the-art spam filtering system for you.
Content management - If you want your site to be updated regularly but you don't have the time to do it yourself, we can call you periodically (you tell us how often!) and make the changes with you while we're on the phone. This is a great feature for businesses that update specials monthly, etc.
